As a registered customer with a valid G DATA Premium Support licence, you are always entitled to download the latest version of your G DATA security product free of charge. The current latest versions of G DATA AntiVirus 2008 (GDAV), G DATA InternetSecurity 2008 (GDIS) and G DATA TotalCare 2008 (GDTC) are available.

Support for Windows XP, Windows 2000 and Windows Vista.

Of course, all program upgrades can be installed on Windows XP SP2, Windows 2000 SP4 and all five Windows Vista variants (Home Basic, Home Premium, Ultimate, Business & Enterprise).

Virus signature updates

Please note that these upgrades are exclusively related to their software versions. In other words, only the software download is free. The duration of your Premium Support licence that enables you to download our latest current virus signatures is completely separate, entails additional cost and remains valid for 12 months.

If for example you upgrade your software today and your current licence is still valid for another month, this will still be the case after you have installed the new software version. Your licence is not renewed free of charge for a further year.

Your upgrade download

Please identify yourself by entering your login data (user name and password), which was sent to you by the G DATA update server when registering your product.

IMPORTANT:

Please save the respective software product (GDAV, GDIS or GDTC) to your hard drive before installing. Click on 'Save' not 'Run' when downloading.
